Magaluf has over the years become one of the most popular holiday spots in Majorca and it is no wonder, because it is only about half an hour away from Palma. The island can be reached in a very short timescale from most parts of Europe. and as cheap flights are plentyful, you have ideal reasons for going to Magaluf.
Almost all of the holidaymakers who go to this resort are from Britain, so you will feel at home, with the addition of usually having almost perfect sunny weather during most of the year.
You will find a vast choice of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, discos and overall you should have fun from morning right through until you stop for a sleep.
There are two main beaches here and both are wonderful, with golden sand beside the warm Mediterranean Sea.
The smaller of the two beaches is the Palma Nova Beach, so named because it adjoins the beach of the adjacent town of Palma Nova. The second beach is known as Magaluf Beach and it has a pedestrian walkway alongside the beach and a great selection of restaurants alongside.
